Ebata Eyecare Optometry
As a family-owned and operated optometric practice for over 40 years, Ebata Eyecare Optometry greatly appreciates the support of our patients when it comes to their eye care needs. Dr. Eugene Ebata started practicing in 1974 and his son, Dr. Russell Ebata joined the clinic in 2009. Over the last 40 years, Ebata Eyecare Optometry has served thousands of patients in Kamloops and the surrounding regions.
Our clinic’s philosophy is “helping people live better lives through better vision”, which encompasses our feelings that by helping people see their best it will make their lives more enjoyable. We treat our patients as individuals, not by the conditions they have. This way, our patients receive the very best care and attention during every visit.
Ebata Eyecare Optometry is committed to helping our local community. We support many causes that are important to our patients and ourselves by supporting various local non-profit organizations. Two great causes that we have partnered with over the years are the Iccha Wish Fund, a local charitable organization that raises funds to purchase urgently needed equipment for the Royal Inland Hospital, as well as the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation that searches for a cure for irritable bowel disease.
