    Requirements:
    • Undergraduate degree or higher in a related field
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in the financial services industry
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience dealing with investments on one or more of the following platforms: MFDA, IIROC, Life Insurance/Segregated Funds
    • Comfortable in a technology dependent environment
    • Willingness to obtain relevant designations and licenses
    • General Insurance License, Life License, and IIROC License is an asset
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead, develop, and sustain a high-performance team
    • Help clients achieve their goals by creating and maintaining their personal financial plan
    • Conduct regular client reviews
    • Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet clients needs
    • Work with the Managing Partners and administrative staff to improve workflow and efficiencies in the company
    • Ask thoughtful financial questions, engage with clients and create positive experiences to retain and deepen all relationships
    • Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in solving customer queries
    • Work with existing and prospective clients to provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest personalized solutions based on their financial goals
    • Stay up-to-date with compliance, emerging issues, and industry regulations
    • Assist and mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues efficiently
    • Prepare and process paperwork
    • Collaborate with administrative staff and takes a role in educating the team on any changes in the industry
    • Manage client portfolios in a collaborative manner often partnering with Senior Advisors
    • Consistently maintain a high quality of customer service
