Kamloops Chamber ED named President of BC Chamber Executives

Deb McClelland, Executive Director of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce, was named President of the British Columbia Chamber Executives (BCCE) at the organization’s annual general meeting in Summerland this past weekend.

“I’m excited, honoured and humbled to take on this new position”, says McClelland.  “I’m looking forward to the year ahead and working with the BCCE board will be a fantastic experience.”

McClelland has already met with her new board and presented her plans for the year.  Deb brings fresh ideas and great organizational skills to this position.  I’m delighted to work with her and see where we can take the BCCE this year”, states Colleen Clark, newly elected Vice President of BCCE.

The British Columbia Chamber Executives organization was founded in 1981 to promote and deliver professional development to the executives of chambers of commerce throughout the province.
