Chamber & TD call for citizens to nominate their favourites
Business Excellence Awards
The Kamloops Chamber of Commerce and TD representatives announced today that the call for nominations officially begins for the 2012 Business Excellence Awards.
“Award nominees have told us time after time that this recognition means so much to them,” stated Maurice Hindle, President. “We’re proud of our business community and the chamber loves to sing their praises.”
The complete list of award categories was unveiled at today’s press conference, attended by sponsors of the gala event and award committee members.
“TD is happy to once again be the Premiere Sponsor of this important community event,” stated Lindy Baird, Branch Manager with TD. “Our key message is that any business can be nominated. You don’t have to be a chamber member to win these awards.”
Nomination Info:
- Anyone can make a nomination
- Any business or business person from the Kamloops area can be nominated
- Nominations will be accepted from until June 30, 2012
- Award winners may not be nominated in the same category for three years following their win, but can be nominated and win in other categories
- Nominations can be made online at www.KamloopsChamber.ca and at the following Kamloops locations:
